Terms and Conditions for Conversational Copilot Playground Beta Version

Welcome to Conversational Copilot App Playground 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Conversation Copilot beta version ("Service"), and any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service (collectively referred to as "Content"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   1. The Service is provided by Girikon ("we," "us," or "our"), subject to these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
   2. These Terms may be updated from time to time without notice to you. You agree to review the Terms periodically to be aware of such modifications.
2. Beta Version
   1. The Service is currently in beta and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for the purpose of providing Girikon with feedback on the Service's quality and usability.
   2. The Service may contain bugs, errors, and other problems. You are advised to safeguard important data, to use caution, and not to rely in any way on the correct functioning or performance of the Service.
3. Use of the Service
   1. You agree to use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
   2. The Service is for your personal and non-commercial use, unless specifically endorsed or approved by Girikon.
   3. Girikon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service pursuant to these Terms.
4. User Conduct
   1. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. For example, you must not even try to do any of the following in connection with the Service:
   2. Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures;
   3. Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or parts of the Service, or shared areas of the Service you haven't been invited to;
   4. Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
   1. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Girikon and its licensors.
6. Feedback
   1. We appreciate feedback, comments, ideas, proposals, and suggestions for improvements to the Service ("Feedback"). By sending us Feedback, you agree that we are free to use it without any restriction or compensation to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
   1. The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Service including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
   1. Girikon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. General Terms
   1. These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Girikon and you regarding the Service, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Girikon and you regarding the Service.
